Exquisite. Pristine. Stately. There are not enough adjectives to describe this unique golf course community home. Modern French provincial home on a double lot overlooking Jefferson Country Club 7th green and 8th tee box. This home was a full remodel of 8,000 sq ft beginning in October 2023 and completed in May 2024. Full renovations were made to two kitchens, a large pantry/laundry, and all 7 bedrooms and bathrooms. The home had stucco walls and ceilings on all the first floor and the common spaces on the second floor, which were all converted to a more traditional smooth surface. In addition to full remodel of the basement, additional space was added with an Exercise Room and Full Bath/Steam Room. The rustic French Oak trim was preserved along with the historic interior barn beams. Inside, the project included all new lighting, paint, fixtures, flooring / refinished hardwoods, baths, kitchens (original main Kitchen was re-configured and installed in the Basement), and appliances. Outside, the landscaping was refreshed, gas lamps were added, trim painted, and limestone applications were made to two Terrace areas as well as multiple sets of steps entering the home.
