Kenneth Cornell, or K.C. as most people call him is a realtor with the Nth Degree Team. He has combined these two passions of real estate and construction since 2018, having started his own firm: Cornell Consulting Real Estate & Development, focused on investment properties, renovations & flip properties. His business also included new home builds & specialty developments, such as Horsepower Farms Garage Condo Community in Powell, Ohio. Prior to that, KC worked in the restaurant business for 25 years.
K.C. feels that real estate is a personal business built on relationships, helping clients with the biggest decision of their lives. He is always looking for the next project to take to the Nth Degree.
K.C. lives in Powell with his wife of 28 years and their son who is attending The Ohio State University. K.C. also enjoys his role as an OSU Football Usher. You can find him in the student section, building future clients one game at a time.
